Welcome to SoloBooks ("SoloBooks," "we," "us," or "our"), a service provided by Limitless Being LLC.

SoloBooks is a bookkeeping platform designed for solopreneurs. It provides tools for tracking income and expenses, separating personal and business finances, and generating financial reports. The Service allows users to upload financial statements, categorize transactions, and view financial insights.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content and Data

3.1. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the financial documents, data, text, and other content you upload, submit, or otherwise make available to the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have the full authority and right to upload said content.

3.2. Our Role as a Tool Provider

SoloBooks and Limitless Being LLC provide a technology platform for bookkeeping and financial organization. We are not a certified public accountant (CPA) firm, tax advisor, or financial planner. The Service is a tool to assist with bookkeeping and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial data and reports.

3.3. License Grant

By uploading User Content, you grant Limitless Being LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., processing statements, generating reports). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

3.4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent, or that involves illegal financial activities. We reserve the right to refuse to process or remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

4.1. Automated Processing

The Service may use automated algorithms to parse statements and categorize transactions. You acknowledge that this technology may not always be accurate and requires user verification. We do not guarantee that the data processing will be error-free.

5. Payments and Refunds

Prices for the Service are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.

If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, please contact us at hello@limitlessbeing.xyz to discuss a refund or cancellation, subject to our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for your User Content, the Service and all materials therein, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Limitless Being LLC and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIMITLESS BEING LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Limitless Being LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
